$100 - Full page (4.5 w x 7.5 h)

$  50 - Half page (4.5 w x 3.75 h)

$  25 - Quarter page (2.2 w x 3.75 h)
$  10 - Shout Out - up to 40 words (will be included on a page with multiple messages)
